The Mountain Hardwear Switch 5 Sleeping Bag lets you adjust its girth for maximum comfort. Mountain Hardwear gave this five-degree sleeping bag its Quantum expander, which lets you add eight inches to the girth. Keep the expander closed for heat-retaining mummy warmth on a chilly night. On a warm night, or if you need some extra room to move around, unzip the Switch's expander and spread out. This synthetic sleeping bag compresses easily despite its added girth, so it doesn't fill your pack.
