Mountain Hardwear Ultralamina 15 Women's Sleeping Bag: 15 Degree Synthetic
Go superlight into the backcountry with the new Mountain Hardwear Women's Ultralamina 15 Synthetic Sleeping Bag. The Ultralamina 15 features Mountain Hardwear's Thermic Micro insulation. This high-loft insulation holds in your body heat to keep you toasty in cool weather. This DWR-coated sleeping bag stays warm even when it gets wet, which a down bag doesn't. Thermic Micro is also extremely compressible and durable, so it can tolerate continual stuffings and washings. To save weight and further improve durability, Mountain Hardwear welded the insulation to the inside of the bag to eliminate baffles. Plus, partial zippers on both sides also decrease the ounces you have to carry.
Bottom Line: For three-season comfort, pack the Mountain Hardwear Ultralamina 15 Sleeping Bag into the backcountry.

The womens bags have overall smaller dimensions than the mens with the same amount of insulation. This is the main difference.

If I'm almost exactly 5'10" (technically, I'm about 5'9 3/4"), will the long bag really work for me? I'd definitely prefer a women's bag if possible, but I don't want it to be too short!

Womens bags are regular 5.6 feet so you would want a long - 6.0 feet. Mens bags in regular are 6.0 feet.
