Buy the Mountain Hardwear Trango 3.1 Footprint for your Trango 3.1 three-person tent. Mountain Hardwear custom made this footprint to fit under the Trango. The footprint protects then Trango Tent's floor from rocks, cactus, sticks, and anything else that could damage it and could shorten your tent's life. Grommet tabs attach to the tent pole ends, which hold the footprint in place. You can also use your footprint with the Trango 3.1's fly and leave the tent's main body behind—this option gives you a lightweight shelter when you want to reduce the ounces in your backpack.
