Mountain House Macaroni and Cheese - 2 Serving Entree
A little comfort food can make any foreign land feel more like home. Mountain House's Macaroni and Cheese for two is a vegetarian meal that boasts loads of calories for when you're really pounding the trail. It's a thick mix of creamy cheese with pasta to boost your carbs for the next day too.
Bottom Line: This is one trail meal you already know you're going to like.

Nothing fancy about this mac and cheese, just a great hot meal. I prefer Mountain house's dehydrated meals.
Delicious!

This Mac 'n Cheese tastes much better than anything you can buy in the store. It is also extremely light and easy to prepare. I'll definitely be ordering this meal again!
Stick with other MH meals

This is the least favorite Mountain House meal for me and most of the rest of the group. It was decent because it is easy to make and clean up, but I would rather clean up Kraft M&C than eat this again. It did not taste too bad and we all ate it. Use a little less water than directed and the consistency will be better. If you are really hardcore, drink the cheese juice leftover. I was not that extreme and packed out the juice. The guys that drank the juice were the same rotten banana eaters of the AlpineAire granola.
Another great meal on the trail!

This was really nice and you can get it done with 2 cups of boiled water. You leave it for 10 minutes at least, I recommend 15 for a full cook and the sauce mixes nicely. for a dehydrated food this was great and it did feed two!
