Merrell Siren Sport Trail Running Shoe - Women's

Four-way-stretch mesh uppers decrease foot sweat in the Merrell Women's Siren Sport Trail Running Shoes, while rubber bumpers at the toes and heels and leather straps across the tops increase durability. That way you get airflow without the nagging feeling that you're wearing two flimsy potato sacks. Merrell's Q-form technology places women's-specific support and cushioning in the Siren Sport's EVA foot frames, while Vibram soles add grip to the bottoms of these trail running shoes. Antimicrobial treatments in the mesh linings help cut down on odors.

Bottom Line: Cool your feet without sacrificing support.

Comfy but upper mesh not as durable as the rest of the shoe

These shoes are super comfy. I used them for walking, hiking and some outdoor sports. I could literally walk in them all day and be fine. I was quite pleased with them. The only problem is that within a year, I noticed that both shoes had small rips on the upper mesh (at the front before the synthetic leather begins). In my right shoe, the rip has moved across the upper mesh to the side of the shoe, and now I have to look for a new pair of shoes. Anyway, this shoe is great. They are honestly one of the comfiest shoes I've owned. I'm not sure if anyone else has had problems with the upper mesh, but I believe if you use them mainly for walking and hiking, they may last longer for you than what they did for me.
