Mavic takes the already lighter-than-the-noble-gasses Ksyrium SL Wheelset, and upgrades the skewers with titanium for an even further reduction in weight. Then, they give them a black-on-black color scheme, slide them carefully into wheelbags and deliver them to your door in a bulletproof Lamborghini driven by fashion models. Ok, so the delivery part isn't true, but with the custom wheelbags and the ti skewers as evidence, if you tell your buddies it happened they'll probably believe you.
