I ordered a few pairs of the Lorpen Coolmax liner socks (awesome socks!) The sizing chart online was a little off and I needed to exchange my XL socks for L. The site was so fast at delivery though, that it didn't bother me one bit! I returned the pair that was too large, re-ordered the size I needed, and everything got sorted out within a week. (I received the new ones, and the refund for the return). These guys have extremely fast service. I told some people I know that if you ever need camping gear, go to this site!
