Line Twelve Sixty Alpine Ski - 2004

The Line Twelve Sixty will help you progress from your first rail beating to sliding kinks with ease. This lightweight ski makes it easy to get off the ground. New for the '04-'05 season, Line has removed the Carbon Ollieband. Why? To bring you a more affordable park specific ski. Fear not, the Twelve Sixty, remains a great intro park ski. Built from lightweight, super strong aspen, this freestyler will have you effortlessly spinning onto rails and stomping the most technical fakie tricks in the park like it ain't no thang. And of course, the Twelve Sixty showcases the best of Line's well-respected hallmarks: Real Twin Tip, 4D Fibercap construction for supreme edging power, and progressive stance.

Bottom Line: Lightweight and ready to jib.

1260s

By:

I loved the 1260s after I got used to their light glide. It took about 1 day. They have great pop to them and it’s easy to do big air. Ok in the half pipe and are great on rails. They’re actually are pretty good on moguls too. The only bad part is that they scratch a little to noticeably and easily than I would like.

Light and fast on bumps - not too jibby on cruise

By:

Quite pleased with these - so much so I came back and ordered a second pair for later. I don't do parks but do 100% freestyle bumps and I could move so, so fast in these - took them to some of my favorite bump runs (7th heaven at Whistler) so I can a good "compare" and could really hold and incredibly fast, hard line. Now you can't do 100% bumps at any resort as there are "transportation" runs and these were great on the cruise runs too to get from hill to hill.

Twelve Sixty's are amazing

I got the skis within 5 days. I was so satisfied with the performance of the skis. They are awesome for shredding the park and aren't too bad for cruising down the hill.
