LEKI Summit Antishock Trekking Poles - 1 Pair

Adjust the three spring settings in the Leki Summit Antishock Trekking Poles for the different stages of your hike. The first setting turns the antishock system off, which is best for uphill climbs, as shock-absorbing only sucks power out of your pole plants when you're hiking up. The second setting is medium absorption for slight downhill turns in the trail, and the third setting is full-on spring action for maximum absorption during your descent.
