The TecTOUR Jacket's double skirt with a SmoothSkin neoprene waistband, sealed seams, and latex gaskets with Lycra overcuffs seal out splash. Reflective hits increase your visibility to other boaters in low-light conditions. A zippered sleeve pocket with key lanyard ensures you'll never be stuck calling a locksmith from the pull-out.
