Keen built the Men's Shellrock Shoe from lightweight, breathable softshell material for fast-paced hikes and trail runs. An ESS shank provides torsional stability while the stiff S3 Heel Support Structure protects your ankle as you tear down the trail. A midsole plate helps prevent stone bruising, and Keen's patented toe bumper has your big piggy covered. Sticky rubber outsoles with multidirectional lugs give you traction on uneven terrain.
