I'm looking for a summer/sneaker/sandal/touring shoe for a three week tour in Italy and Israel.I want these to do it all...wear with a skirt or pant......what do you recommend?

If you're looking for one shoe for all 4 "summer/sneaker/sandal/touring" then forget the sandal part. Go with a shoe like this one, or the Keen Calistoga, whatever you can walk miles in. Then, pack a pair of superlight weight sandals for the beach/water, like a Teva mush or Chaco flip flop.
