I'd like to purchase the Keen Newport sandal for kids; my son really likes the army colour, but I can't tell if it is leather or vinyl - does anyone know if this colour is the leather ?

The kids sandals are vinyl. The adult sandals have a touch of leather on them. No difference in performance - the adult ones just look a little more grown up.
