K2 Dawn Patrol Telemark Ski - Women's
Whether you're waking up at four a.m. for first tracks in the backcountry or six a.m. for the first chair, throw the K2 Women's Dawn Patrol Telemark Ski in the back of the car and you'll be ready to carve, float, and charge through anything the mountain has to offer. The Dawn Patrol Telemark Ski gives advanced free-heel females a wide waist and shovel for the powder and a deep sidecut for quick handling and carving performance. A Bioflex core puts stiff-flexing fir underfoot for stability at speed, and adds a softer-flexing spruce wood under the tip and tail for forgivingness and turn initiation. The core construction, along with versatile dimensions, makes the Dawn Patrol a ripping powder ski that has enough teeth for the hard pack.
Bottom Line: When the weather report says “snow” and the avalanche report says “low,” reach for the Dawn Patrol Telemark Skis.

Probably 160-165, but there are a lot of other factors to consider besides height (weight, skiing style). If you can, try to demo a few sizes to see what feels best for you.

Yes, all K2 Tele Skis utilize an internal fiberglass mount screw retention matt and you will be able to mount an AT binding. You may also want to check out K2s Miss Baker, they are designed specifically for AT bindings!
