Stop trying to track down old ski poles with K2 Extreme graphics on eBay. These popular graphics are back for another round on the K2 V8 Ski Poles. While the look may hearken back to the eighties, the technology definitely doesn't. K2 built these performance poles with a durable, lightweight composite shaft. A slim grip makes the V8 ski pole easy to hold, lessening the chances you'll drop these sticks mid-run, or worse, on the lift.

Bottom Line: Don't go with the one-piece suit, rock the K2 V8 Ski Poles instead.

Lightweight but not sturdy at all

I've used these poles about 5 times already this year and they are very flimsy and not sturdy at all. Sure, they are pretty lightweight but I wouldn't be surprised if I snapped them while skiing tomorrow. Even if you gave them to me for free, I sure as hell wouldn't use them. Save your money and buy something else instead.

Overall I am very happy with my poles. Easy to hold and the fiberglass has a great flex. I have lost the basket on one of the poles 3 times which is a problem but the bigger problem is solved, now i never have to worry about bending my poles
