Isis Seven Sisters Vest - Women's

Everything and more than I expected. This is a great piece for skiing (under blue skies)....and also a great piece that offers warmth when you don't want the bulk of a heavy jacket. The fit is also really nice.

I received this vest as a gift. The vest is wonderful and I love it! The blue was a bit bright for me so I exchanged it for the chili and I couldn't be happier! I love the inner cell phone pocket along with the larger pockets for misc things.

Great fit, true to normal size. The other people that wrote reviews about this being bulky don't seem to know how down vests look or fit. It is a fairly unbulky vest and has a really nice fit. Not too short and not too long. Can't wait to wear it for some spring skiing.

I ordered this vest because I loved the softness of the light blue, and because I've been nothing but happy with the black Isis down coat I wear all winter. But after trying it on a few times I noticed the vest's flaw: there's very little differentiation between the cut at the top of the vest -- narrow upper chest area -- and the cut at the bottom of the vest -- wider hip area. As a result, it fit in the hips but swam and gaped under my arms. No go. I opted instead for Mountain Hardwear's Downtown Vest in espresso, which fits like a dream in all the right places.

I loved the color. It fits great and I can't wait to wear it this winter.

I love the lines of this vest; they are very flattering. The starred detailing around the zipper, hidden inner pockets, and a great hand-feel all add to the quality of this vest. However, the fit is really, really big and bulky. I ordered the smallest size, and it's still much too large (I typically wear a size 4/6). If you plan to wear this vest as an outer layer, the bulkiness won't be a big deal. However, if you're looking for something that fits a little more snug, either order WAY down in size, or find another vest. I was sad to return this one, as I loved everything else about it. Almost perfect.

Bought a seven sisters vest for my girlfriend and she would not take it off for days, even in the house! It has many feminine design features: the very stylish cut and lines which look excellent with her jeans; the subtle contrasting starred strip just inside the zipper that is not obvious in the picture; the soft taffeta material. And its all machine washable which was not stated on the literature but is very important. Nothing remotely like this in the UK.
