Inov 8 created the Women's F-Lite 230 Trail Running Shoe to give you versatile footwear that you'll be stoked to both train with and use on your race day. Thin, sticky Inov 8 outsoles provide excellent traction on trail or track and also help keep weight to a scant 16oz per pair. Nylon mesh uppers provide plenty of ventilation for running the heat of summer, and they dry quickly should you find yourself in less-than-splitter weather. Of course, these shoes include Inov 8 Facia-bands to aid propulsion, so you get the most out of each stride.
