What is the difference between this Inno Racks Rail Slider Snow...

What is the difference between this Inno Racks Rail Slider Snow Rack (Item #INO0007, $168.99) and the Inno Racks Rail Slider (Item #INO0025, $189.95). I am looking for a rack that accommodates 4 snowboards for my 2001 Acura MDX w/ factory rack.
