I am 6"3" tall with a 48" chest and 37" sleeves. Will a XXlarge fit. Can it be returned it it doesn't?

Flag

You want an XXXL. The XXL chest size is 46", so it would be beyond skin tight. Also, customer service is great and you can return things for sizing problems or defects or if it doesn't match the description on the site, or if you just don't like it.
