Icebreaker BodyFit200 Legging w/ Fly - Men's

The Icebreakers Men's BodyFit200 Skin Leggings with Fly give you the warmth and technical properties of the best base layer around, with the convenience of a fly. Never fear, flat seam stitching means the fly won't add a ton of bulk and won't chafe you silly on uphills. Made from merino wool, the lightweight Skin Leggings give you the best breathability and moisture wicking you can get, bar none. Merino wool isn't itchy or prickly on your skin like the more common lowland wools, and naturally resists odor so you don't offend your friends on the ride home.

Bottom Line: The Icebreaker Leggings with Fly provide convenience, performance and comfort. What more do you need?

Great product, runs small

By:
November 18, 2008

I have a handful of Icebreaker tops and love them all so I decided to pick up a pair of bottoms as well. I find the Icebreaker generally runs a bit small, even when I size up they are fairly skin tight. Unfortunately, I thought I'd try my recommended size with these guys and they ended up tighter than I would prefer. On the plus side, the merino wool is very soft and has exceptional breathability. Bottom line: If you don't have skinny twig legs, or don't want your baselayer to fit like spandex, think about sizing up!

Hey - I love my Icebreaker tops and am thinking of trying the bottoms but read conflicting sizing comments. One guy says he's 6'1" and likes size L and another says size S would fit anyone up to 6'? I'm 6'1" and I like a tighter fit but want to make sure they are also long enough, any other suggestions? Thanks!

Flag

I'm 6'2, 190 lbs, 34 waist, and I think my larges are a bit too tight. Depending on how tight you want them, I'd consider sizing up.

Great fit, Warmth and wicking

By:
September 30, 2008

Merino wool is superior to synthetics for warmth and wicking. Breathe extremely well and fit great. Control odor after days of use.

1st Icebreaker

By:
January 21, 2008

Nice product. Wore them for 36 hours straight in a variety of cool conditions to test them out...they don't stink like fleece does. And most of the time, I forgot I was even wearing them. Thin like a second skin, I only wish I had bought a second pair.

I like these.

By:
November 30, 2007

They are not "sexy" to wear by any means but they seem to work well. I give them a 5 because I have no complaints. They are a bit baggy in the crotchial area.

Great Base Layer

By:
October 11, 2007

This is the best base layer I've ever owned. The Merino wool is very comfortable, warm and dry. I'm a bigger guy and the XL size fits me perfectly. I highly recommend these to anyone who's going to be outside in cool temps for any period of time.

Make your Ski pants warmer, Buy these

By:
April 9, 2007

I have a couple Icebreaker tops and got these too. Merino is it, forget synthetics. When I ski I have on Lorpen socks, Icebreaker tops and bottoms and a merino beanie( check out Arc'teryx). Head to toe , everyday. They fit very well, I got smalls and they are plenty long. They would probably fit anyone well over 6'.

Great longjohns!

By:
March 29, 2007

Not much needs to be said about these Icebreaker longjohns. They are very comfortable, don't stink and keep me a perfect temperature during most activities. I have yet to use an Icebreaker product that hasn't been great. The quality seems on par with my other Icebreaker gear, which has been great.

Another great product from Ice Breaker

By:
February 7, 2007

I also own the top. Both top and bottom are very soft, comfy, warm, and wick moisture well. I'm 6'-1 165 lbs, I wear a large in both the top and bottoms. They fit closely but not as tight as my under armor. After owning these I'd pick merino wool over synthetics whenever possible.

no smell!

By:
January 23, 2007

I wore them for two weeks, all you have to do is shake them out, air them out for a second, and the smell is gone! It's amazing and I never would have believed it.

New Favorite

By:
December 14, 2006

I am not a huge fan of the icebreaker products. Was my first set of icebreakers and wanted to try them based on the reviews they had been receiving. Totally love them and will be buying more of them in the future.

Lifesaver for Winter in Japan

By:
January 13, 2006

This pair definitely didn't disappoint. I wore them under my jeans and it was never uncomfortable (they are quite comfortable actually). For the most part, they kept me as warm as I needed to be and I never felt too warm in them (granted the most strenuous thing I did was a short hike up a hill). I usually went a week before washing them and I had no issues with odor. Definitely recommended. I thought the fly would come in handy but I never used it.
