Ibex Pico Zip T - Long-Sleeve - Men's - 2006
After you climb to the top of a backcountry ridge, your base and mid layers can often feel like wet Kleenexes draped on your back—but not the Ibex Men's Pico Zip T-Neck Top. It will keep you dry and warm. The soft merino wool pulls moisture from your skin and distributes it to the surface of the wool where it will evaporate quickly. If you need to dump heat, unzip the nine-inch zipper. Flatlock seams prevent chafing.
Bottom Line: Pull on a mid-layer that will regulate your temperature with ease—the Ibex Pico Zip T-Neck Top.

I really can't say enough about Merino wool! Unless it is warmer than 90 degrees I don't see why you couldn't wear this everyday of the year! I wear this thing all the time. On it's own it looks great and is really soft to the touch. The temperature regulation is awesome. My favorite use it underneath my softshell when I am on the crappy PA slopes, night skiing they are blowing snow and it's 20 degrees but I am still warm and the same range of motion as I have in my birthday suit!

This fits great not too tight and not too loose I love the zip for cooling off a bit. Soft and better than synthetic wool is where it's at. Im 5'6 and the small fits great
