The Ibex ¾ Johns are a skier or snowboarder's best friend, offering moisture-wicking warmth in a ¾ length base layer bottom that won't interfere with your boots. New Zealand Merino wool makes the ¾ Johns the pinnacle of base layer technology, which is funny considering the material is all from a sheep. Caring for the ¾ Johns is pleasantly brainless, wash 'em and hang them out for a few hours to dry and you're back in business. Even better, because they're Merino Wool they won't hold or build stink, so you can quietly sneak several days out of them before a wash. No more bunch

I could not be happier with these 3/4 johns. They have seen a lot of use since I got them. My only complaint is that the elastic in the waist seems poorly designed but I don't see it being a problem in the long run and it's actually quite comfy. I believe the tag says to hang dry them. But to get them from riding up in the legs I shrink them in the dryer. I am going to buy a second pair of these. Also the crotch seems to be a little big and could be gusseted. Over all I really like these over my synthetic pair of normal long johns.
