How does it attach to the kayak?

It has a large bungee cord that fits under the lip around the entire cockpit. No drilling holes. It takes about one second to put it on or remove it. I've got a 10' Pungo, and it fits like a dream. Takes some "figuring" to get enter and exit 'yak with it on, though. I usually get in, then attach it. Great product if you won't be entering/ exiting a lot while fishing!
