Gregory Z 35-R Backpack - 1890-2380cu in

Like its big brother, the Gregory Z 35-R Backpack is lightweight and features the same rugged, ventilating suspension system. But this 2,135-cubic-inch backpack is ideal for long day hikes or a quick overnighter. Gregory's Jet Stream suspension system allows for air flow so you don't sweat to death underneath your pack, thanks to a perforated frame sheet and a mesh back panel. Aluminum stays provide lightweight but sturdy vertical load support, and scapula and lumbar pads make carrying your gear more comfortable. Both the waist-belt and harness have moisture-wicking mesh to keep you dry underneath your straps. Access your gear through the roll-top lid. Stash anything you want within easy reach, such as a shell or energy bars, in the external pockets or the waist-belt pockets. Water-resistant zippers help keep light precipitation away from your gear. The high-quality ripstop nylon combines durability and low weight.

What difference of the old Z35 and this new Z35R?

The "R" stands for Roll Top. Those packs have all the same features, the Z35-R simply sports a roll top (saving about 30g), where the Z35 has a lid.
