great lumbar pack - not too small and not too big, 2 small zipper pockets at the front to fit in chap stick and smaller items - easy access, 2 larger zipper pockets at the back to fit in mobile, keys, small rolled up rain jacket or a handful of snacks. Comes with the drink bottles - good sturdy size. With drink bottles and pack filled - the pack is light and easy to carry. I am of medium height and medium build and fits comfortably, but my partner of bigger build (6ft 6in) cannot fit pack around his waste. I use it for day walks in the hills of Adelaide - Australia. Well worth the postage costs.
