Is the sizing of the Ionos the same as the Atmos?

Yep! The sizes are the same.

The main differences between the two helmets are 1) price, 2) number of vent holes (Atmos has more), and 3) I personally like the Atmos colors more.

Giro makes fantastic helmets, you'll love either one.
