This helmet is extremely comfortable and warm, however, I was unable to get my bluetooth to work for incoming sound with my Motorola Razor.
I also made several calls to Giro where I was sent to Skullcandy's technical service. Nothing ever came of any of my time and efforts. I finally sent an email expressing my disappointment to Giro and they are supposedly sending me a pick up slip for the helmet. However, it has not yet materialized. Giro customer service is remarkably poor.
It's shocking to me that Giro would advertise bluetooth capabilities for a helmet that can't even pair with one of the most common cell phones on the market.
Perhaps Maxwell and my experiences are the exception rather than the rule, and I sincerely hope that's the case.

Helmet is awesome. I like the fact that it is adjustable, and will conform to most head shape sizes. Extremely comfortable and lightweight. I wore it for 5 straight days of skiing in Vail. It was my first time ever to wear a helmet and I barely noticed it was there!
The reason I gave it a 3 was because the skull candy headphone system wouldnt work right. The left year of mine doesnt play sound. When I wiggle the connections it will fade in and out. Unfortunately I am overseas for the next three months so Im not sure what my choices are for returning it...I doubt it, but its not this site's fault...to be honest this site has an awesome return policy and the reason why I keep shopping here!

I have always owned Giro helmets. After purchasing the G10 Audi series Dec. '07, I will not buy anther Giro. I wear a size medium helmet and with the adjustable helmet sizes this helmet seemed perfect. Then, I tried to connect the chin strap and found out it was not long enough. To make it worse the padding on the chin strap was sewn in place so it did not line up under my chin. So, I switched to the large size. Of course this helmet is too big for me.
Then came the audio problem that I am still dealing with. First set: only static went through the speakers. Second set: the audio worked fine as long as I did not use the bluetooth. The bluetooth only transmitted outgoing sound but would not work for incoming sound. Third set: same problem as the second set. Did I mention that Giro has not returned any of my calls or emails?
I can't believe I wasted $180 for this headache.

Very satisfied with the helmet. I was not expecting too much in sound quality but I am nicely surprised. Helmet is nice, comfortable and kept my head warm during cold days. You can remove the inside liner for washing. I will certainly use it in summer also.

The L is too small and the XL is too big. The G10 is about a half size bigger than the fuse or 9. I wish it fit, because it's probably the lowest profile/sleekest of the Giro line. Tune ups II works very well. I like it better than the wireless audio because it 's much less bulky.

I have a HUGE head so I got the XXL. It fits nicely. On my first trip to the winter wonderland, my left ear got sore form pressure. I gave it another go a few weeks later, and it was fine! Maybe I just had to break it in.
The sound is great for music and also talking on the phone. For some reason my auto answer didn't pick up, but that's probably a phone problem. I didn't like the fact that the microphone was located too far down on the cord. I had to take it out about 1 foot and hold it to my mouth as I spoke. I loved the surround sound phone conversations! I recommend this helmet!

I used this helmet for the first time on a backcountry snowmobile trip outside of Vail when it was about 10 degrees outside. I never got cold, and it was great to listen to the iPod. They aren't the best headphones for audiophiles, but I didn't really want to drown all the sound out with tunes anyway.

This is my second Giro ski/snowboard helmet. I originally wanted a Burton/RED audio helmet, but found them to be very uncomfortable for my head even in an XL. No such problems with the Giro. This helmet is all-day comfy and you hardly know it's there. The adjustable vents are the cat's pajamas--I can cool off much more quickly after a hard run yet can close them off if it's really frigid. The sound quality of the TuneUps earpads is nothing to write home about, but the convenience far outweighs any deficiencies in audio quality. Bass is acceptable but not skull-thumping. A couple of things I think could be improved: 1) The in-line volume control is really difficult to adjust with gloved hands since the dial is so tiny. Make it a little bigger, and maybe add a mute button like the one on the RED helmets (maybe put the volume control there as well). 2) The spring clip for same is not very strong and doesn't grip very well; mine keeps popping off my ski jacket. Otherwise, a great helmet that looks pretty cool, sounds good, and can't be beat for comfort.

This helmet is great. I have been putting off wearing one until now. I need music so this was the natural choice. I got tired of the earphones popping out during skiing. I would recommend this to anyone.
