Giro G10 Wireless Audio Series Helmet
The Giro G10 Wireless Audio Series Helmet gives you DJ-quality sound to open the throttle over wide-open freeride terrain. An integrated wireless audio system works with your Bluetooth-enabled phone or MP3 player and can be removed so you can rock out all year long. Thanks to controls for volume, track select, play/pause, and call connect, you can call in sick and then shred to your favorite playlist without worrying about dropping your expensive toys in the snow. The G10 Helmet's wide-angle cut and gapless fit allow you to go huge off a backcountry booter and find your landing without blind spots—so go for the 900. In-mold construction gives you a low-profile fit, and you can adjust the 14 Super Cool vents on the fly to optimize air flow.
Bottom Line: Open it up while bobbing your head to a pow-playlist with the Giro G10 Wireless Audio System Helmet.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

How is the call quality, especially with wind? How is the overall sound quality? Any complaints about bluetooth pairing with various cell phones?

Call quality is sketchy.. sometimes the caller comes in loud and clear and they have no problem hearing you, other times they have trouble hearing you. I have noticed however that you never have a problem hearing the caller. I have no idea where the mic is placed on the ear pod so i dont know how to focus your voice towards the mic.
Had no problems pairing this with all the cell phones Ive tried. Pairs within a few seconds.
Its main use however is to listening to music, which this absolutely excels in. If you pair this with a music phone, your music will come in loud and clear. No break ups in sound and range from source to these headphones is pretty good. I can get a good 30ft from my phone before the music starts breaking up.

Will it work on my Honda Goldwing Motorcycle? Will it work with the CB radio, the GPS system, the stereo system, the rider intercom system?

Unless all of those things work over Bluetooth, this helmet won't work for you. Additionally, I imagine you need a DOT certified helmet, which this obviously wouldn't qualify.
All of Giro's helmets specifically say "Not For Motorcycle" in their packaging.
