I'm an avid tele skier - my daughter wants to trade her alpine...

I'm an avid tele skier - my daughter wants to trade her alpine stuff for tele gear - She will be 9 next season and is wearing a kids 12 now - what size should I get? I don't see a place to clip a leash - is there one? Can I use Paypal to pay?

We use a homemade leash cord that attaches to the boot via the lower buckle. Simple, cheap, effective.
