Garmont She-Ride Alpine Touring Boot - Women's

The Garmont She-Ride Women's G-Fit Alpine Touring Boot is the burliest woman-specific ski mountaineering boot on the market and begs backcountry chargers to test its limits. Built on the G-Ride platform, the She-Ride tours like a dream and kills whatever line you take them down. These boots ride fatty planks no problem with a burly four-buckle design. The G-Fit W high liner adds greater strength to the boot without sacrificing its lightweight agility. Garmont also redesigned the walk/ski switch as a protected lever that won't come unlocked in the middle of your descent. And the new magnesium canting system adjusts easily and fits precisely. NOTE: Be sure to check out our sizing chart for optimal fit.

Bottom Line: She-Rides the skin track like a dream, She-Rides the steep and deep like a champ, and She-Rides bigger and harder than anyone on the mountain.

WAY better than the rest

They are super comfortable (I haven't even heat-formed mine yet). They are wicked lightweight. I can carve sweet turns with them (not super-G turns, but can shred it in the B.C.) I can walk around in them. I can even hike in them!(sorta). Another great feature of the She Ride is that once the liner is on your foot, you can easily boot up/unboot... no cold feet!!!

Good AT boot

Best for low-volume feet. Nice liner. Still has the typical arch found in most AT boots- if you want a flat bottom like an alpine boot, go for the Garmont Xena.
