4FRNT Skis TNK Alpine Ski

The 4FRNT TNK Ski is all about the park and pipe. If you've got the skills, this ski will take you to the podium. Where other skis dampen the hard conditions and g-forces found in the park, the TNK turns them all the way up, for a ride 4FRNT says produces more power with less effort. Stiff and snappy like a carving ski, but with a near-center sidecut and stance for switch riding, this twintip is loaded for massive amplitude off the ramp and out of the pipe. LITEblock technology in the all-wood core decreases weight for faster spins but doesn't decrease the solid underfoot feel, so you can execute and land your unnatural tens with confidence and room to spare. 4FRNT equipped the TNK with a wider-than-average waist for stable takeoffs and landings, so while it's aimed towards serious park and pipe addicts, it will chop crud and float pow in a pinch.

Bottom Line: Pipe fiends make their mark on the amplitude meter with the 4FRNT TNK.

Amazing

These skis rock! So much pop and so lively! I'm not sure what the guy above me is talking about but the edges had plenty of life in them. I highly suggest this ski.

Wet Noodle

I bought this ski under the impression that it was a stiffer park ski that could take big jumps (advertised as a pipe ski, which are stiff). what i got was one of the softest skis i could find. it lost any stiffness it had in a couple weeks, and made it prone to washing out on jumps. also, the edges are thinner than 4frnts competitors, and are prone to breaking quickly.
