Forum Recon Snowboard Binding

The affordable Forum Recon Snowboard Bindings are an excellent choice for freestyle riders who want a little extra flex and progressing snowboarders who want a smooth, dampened ride. Forum gave the Recon a 7-percent fiberglass nylon baseplate that absorbs shock and won't overpower your buttery-soft park board. A tool-free highback enables you easily adjust your forward lean to match your riding style. The Recon Binding's No Crap toe strap lets you choose between wearing on top of the boot or around the toe box.

Bottom Line: Thrash the park and shred the slopes with the Forum Recon Snowboard Bindings

These bindnigs were a bit non-responsive.

It seemed to me that these bindings were a little less responsive than I am used too. They were comfortable but I just did not seem to have that interface with my board like other bindings give you. The conventional strap on the toe felt like it was going to give on really hard toe turns. Not my first choice, but still had a fun day on these.

These bindings are really forgiving and are able to with stand a fair amount of abuse yet there versatility is what i like. Great for the park and not the best for the steep alpine of the backcountry. If U want to do a steezed!!!! out nose press or the switch 5-0 this is the choice, plus i got them on sale!!!!!!

Great for New riders

This binding is great for beginners, the soft plastic is really forgiving, so it's great to learn with but it won't stand up to much abuse. Adjustments are all with tools and can be a pain. The plastic ratchets are really accurate but won't stand up to much abuse.
