First Endurance Optygen Supplement

Increase your oxygen utilization and adapt to high levels of physical stress with First Endurance Optygen Supplement. This stimulant-free formula uses two main adaptogens first used by Tibetan Sherpas to help them climb Mt. Everest. Optygen increases your body's anaerobic threshold and reduces lactic acid build up through the use of ATPro, a mixture of five key nutrients that lead to efficient ATP production. First Endurance formulated this supplement based on clinical trials to benefit a variety of endurance athletes including runners, cyclists, triathletes. Optygen works best when taken regularly over a long period of time.

Bottom Line: Use your oxygen more efficiently with Optygen.

Hard To Say

there are two companies that have similar products, 1st endurance optygen and wicked fast nutrition's energ-ease. both have cordyceps, rhodiola as their base. the first think i notice when i take optygen is a slight energy or awareness increase similar to coffee. rhodiola is an ancient chinese stimulant afterall so that explains it. the problem i see with these products as with most sports nutrition products is it's almost impossible to see if they work. there are so many variables involved with how you feel and how you perform, etc. also i think with this product the placebo affect is real. i take it and i am expecting my oxygen uptake to increase and for me to feel better when i'm in anaerobic zone or even redlining. so my opinion is it's worth a try. but i've trained and races well both on and off this product.

i haven't had any "side-effects" per se. because it's a stimulant if taken late in the day i can't sleep. but that is the same with coffee for me.

Optygen Rocks

Optygen is the poor man's answer to blood doping. Completely legal, optygen helps oxygen uptake, increases blood flow (no it's not viagra), and deletes lactic acid buildup in muscles. No other product on the market works like this. Not only does is help on every daily run, it aids in recovery as well, making it an all-around supplement for Ultrarunners and Endurance athletes alike. Look for a 5% increase in performances. Does that not sound like much? Run 100 miles and do the math, it translates to over an hour, the difference between winning and being the brides maid.

i'd say it will give you a slight boost energy wise. i've taken it during ultra distance runs or races and since it's a stimulant it's pepped me up for sure. as for it's aid in recovery i'm not sure. i don't really buy that as i don't see anything in the ingredients that would help with glycogen restoration (carbs) or muscle rebuilding (protein).
