Ex Officio BUZZ OFF Baja - Long-Sleeve Shirt - Men's

What do you get when you take a wrinkle-free safari shirt and make it repel insects? The Ex Officio Men's BUZZ OFF Baja Long-Sleeve Shirt, of course. The BUZZ OFF Baja goes heavy on technical features like mesh-lined vents that increase breathability and comfort on the Savannah, light on weight, and even lighter on insects--the BUZZ OFF Baja Shirt repels bugs, resists UV rays, and is breathable and quick drying. Airomesh aids air circulation both in the back and side vents, as well as on the back of the neck to keep you comfortable when the temperature soars. In the hot, buggy environments towards the equator (or during summer in the upper Midwest), the BUZZ OFF Baja Long Sleeve is the shirt to have.

Bottom Line: South of the border, free of the bugs.

Are these shirts and pants better than the less expensive ones that you treat with permethrin yourself?

Not much. Personally, I just get the $25 Columbia buttondown and $30 zip offs and then spend six bucks on some 100% DEET spray. It just seems like $85 for a camping shirt is excessive. But if you'd rather have pretreated clothing, this is what you want to get.
