Ex Officio Air Strip Lite Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Men's

I usually wear a medium, but Ex Officio's sizes seem to run large. I ended up sending it back, and buying in the small size from a store where I could try it on. I also switched to light green, which is more opaque than the white was. The shirt is very light, well vented, and comfortable. For something that can do double duty as office wear, I prefer the Royal Robbins Expedition shirt and Columbia's Titanium line, so those may be worth looking at as options.

I just purchased this shirt because my dad had one, and I liked the features, but a few days after I bought from the online store, I saw it at the REI anniversary sale for a much lower cost. Overall loaded with features, and awesome when hiking/trekking at elevation and the weather kicks up a little bit. The SPF is a bonus, and the triple fold collar helps prevent redneck.

Got a couple of these shirts and took them to Delhi, India, where the heat was rannging between 40-45 degrees celcius (104-113 Fahrenheit). With these shirts I felt cool all the time, the side vents really helped, and there were no visible sweat marks. Every evening I would quickly wash the shirt in the sink and hang to dry on a hanger. Couple of hours later, shirt was ready to go again! Though a bit expensive, when you travel a lot they are really worth every penny! Easy to wear, easy to wash and wrinkle-free!! I now have 5 shirts, and if there were more colors available (like black, yellow, khaki etc). I would surely buy some more. Very highly recommended.

Just wore this shirt (in white) on a 50-mile through hike in the High Uinta mountains of Northern Utah. Absolutely loved it. Very cool and comfortable to wear. Pockets in all the right places. Washed up very nicely. From one gear guy to another... highly recommended!

With two of these shirts, and plenty of under shirts or t-shirts, I was able to look good and wear well, for two weeks touring Italy. I did not have to pack a ton of good looking clothing, and only the undergarments needed washing. The weather varied from hot to cool and from dry to wet days and these shirts allowed me to travel light, and adapt to those conditions.

I have owned several for many years and worked for the company for past year. I have taken the Air Strip to South America twice, Mexico, Asia and around the US. It is the one thing, besides underwear, that I truly don't leave home without. Great features, light weight, and doesn't hold wrinkles are the things I have loved and still love today.

I have had one of these (I am buying another color) for years longer than I can remember. It requires no care. I have washed it in the field and worn it soon after. For a long trip these save you a lot of packing. Best Part! My wife likes the way I look in it!

This is my 2nd Air Strip Lite shirt from Ex Officio. I bought this for sailing in the hot sun due to its UPF rating. It's a gr8 shirt...protects from sun, drys quickly, light in weight and just feels good on. I also use the shirt in my annual Fall BWCA canoe trip. So it works in both hot and cool weather. I highly recommend it...

extremely comfortable shirt with remarkably wrinkle resistant cloth. I wear these shirts EVERYWHERE. Great colors. I even use these when I walking and hiking in the summer in FLORIDA!

The Air Strip Lite Long-Sleeve Shirt - Men's is a great town & country shirt. I took two of them to Spain for a month of back packing and I couldn't have wanted for a more versatile or functional shirt. UV protection and wicking power by day and a great "dress up" shirt for an evening out on the town. One of the shirts was white and I even wore a tie with it to a restaurant one evening. I wore those two shirts almost everyday by alternating them. The quick dry feature made it easy to be hiking by day, get to a hotel and wash the shirt out in the sink and in 1-2 hours wear it out for the evening. I've asked for two more shirts for Christmas.
