Nalgene Wide Mouth Loop Top Water Bottle - 2007
Whether you take your Nalgene Wide Mouth Loop Top Water Bottle to the gym or clip it to your gear loop on a burly trad route, its convenience and durability will have you hooked. The Lexan bottles are virtually impossible to break—when you drop yours from 60 feet onto rocks below, you'll believe us. They can also withstand temperatures from –200F to 200F, so don't worry if the beverage in your Nalgene Lexan Bottle freezes during a winter overnighter. (We don't recommend putting boiling water in Lexan bottles.) The HDPE bottles, while not as strong as Lexan, are lightweight, durable, and great for hikes, soccer games, and kickboxing class. The loop-top cap lets you clip the Wide Mouth Water Bottle to a carabiner and attach it to your gear sling or backpack.
Bottom Line: The Nalgene Wide Mouth Loop Top Water Bottle—keeping hydration at your side.

I just returned from an international flight with this Nalgene bottle full of tequila packed in my suitcase. I had visions of my suitcase smelling like a bordertown cantina when I picked it up @ the baggage claim, but no way, Jose. Not a drop leaked out & everything was perfecto. Already knowing the quality of Nalgene products, my concern was in vain. Magnifico!

This is another great Nalgene quart water bottle, reasonable drop proof and adds no after-taste to water. Its shape is perfect for my backpacks.
A real must have for a backup water supply
Happy I bought 2

With the riseing concerns of reusing plastic bottles, this was reviewed in TIME magazine to be a safe product that is dishwasher safe. Only negative, as always, is the excessive "shipping & handling" fees which cost more than the product!
