Backcountry.com proudly ships from the Wasatch Range in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prices are entirely in American dollars, and the freight alone for these boots will set you back ~$75USD (excluding any customs charges, which you are entirely responsible for). UPS will get it to you in a matter of a few days.

If you've got a friend in the US that you can ship things to for holding, you might be better off.
