DAKINE Terminal Backpack - 2100cu in
With 2100cu inches of space and a padded laptop sleeve, the DAKINE Terminal Backpack takes on any day at work, school, or around town. Five external pockets efficiently hold your gear, so you don’t have to dig through the main compartment for your passport or water bottle. DAKINE added a back panel security pocket to keep your important things safe, so you don’t have to worry about pick pockets in the train station. The Terminal Backpack also has a fleece-lined pocket to hold your shades, so your lenses don’t get scratched in the same pocket as your keys.
Bottom Line: If you travel with a laptop the DAKINE Terminal Backpack has your back.

This is an excellent laptop bag. It is very durable, I have had mine for several years being used constantly and it still has no signs of any type of wear. The straps and back of the pack are comfortable and breathe well. The laptop sleeve is large and well padded. It has numerous pockets, an organizer pocket, a cd pocket. a lightly padded pocket I use for sunglasses at the top, and many more.
Can the straps be folded in to the pack anywhere. I was thinking
Can the straps be folded in to the pack anywhere. I was thinking for when the pack needs to be used as a travel case.

The shoulder straps will always be exposed and can not be tucked away. If you are looking for more of a laptop travel case, check out something like Item #ANL0401 unless you like the backpack style then this should work fine.

decent amount of room for books. lots of compartments for computer accessories and random stuff. laptop sleep is nice n big for those big screens, and a decent amount of padding in it. i bought a protective padded sleeve from spire and just slipped inside the sleeve and that works amazing and gives me the extra protection for the computer. good purchase though. and a cool pattern. word.

The DAKINE Terminal Backpack is sick (did I say that right?)!!! My old pack that I was carrying around was so stuffed when I had my laptop in it that I was crushing papers/folders/books & literally had no room for everything when I had to take all my crap along for work or travel. More than enough room; I have to make excuses to venture into some of the pockets because I already haven't been able to use all of the stash pockets etc. Great pack, but it.....NOW!
