What is the difference between the Continental Grand Prix 4000 (Item #CON0015) vs. Continental Grand Prix 4000s (Item #CON0026)?

The product descriptions are a bit messed up. The Grand Prix 4000 (CON0015) is not the black chili compound, but does have a kevlar bead. This tire uses an updated Active Silica Compound, which is another cool compound that Contiuses.

Sorry Mattf Continentals' web site clearly states that both the 4000s and the 4000 have the black chili compound

Answer: All Conti GP 4000 tires are the same tire. The GP 4000 is available in a variety of sizes and colors, the GP 4000s is available in 700x23c (23x622), Black/Black only. All GP 4000 tires with black tread feature the Black Chili Rubber compound, the colors do not. These are really good tires.
