CAMP USA Jasper Junior Climbing Harness - Kids'
The CAMP Jasper Junior Climbing Harness provides kids with all the features you'd normally see on an adult harness, so your grom can go from a first climb to a first lead. Highly adjustable waist and leg loops include easy-to-use buckles that tighten with a simple pull—no forgetting to double-back. The CAMP Jasper Junior Climbing Harness even comes with two gear loops, so your grom has everything needed for a first time on the rock.
Bottom Line: Get your kid started right.

Mason is 8 years old and infatuated with pulleys. He has a pulley that can hold three tons and a rope. He needs a harness that he can pull himself up with. I am not familiar with harnesses and have seen so many online that i am confused as to what kind would be the SAFEST and most comfy for him. We will be pulling him and some smaller little girls (ages 3 and four) up with the rope and pulley, as well as Mason. We need a harness that will hold them upright, be strong enough for repeatedly being pulled up and down, and one that will be adjustable for their sizes. What kind of harness do we need??? we are ready to buy the right one today. Thanks so very much!!

For children 9 and under I would use the Petzl Ouistiti just in case you kid goes upside down this harness will help hold your child in place. I also like this harness because you can adjust the size from a small child to a larger child quickly.
