Coleman 8D Pack-Away Lantern

The Coleman 8D Pack-Away Lantern is the brightest of Coleman's family-size lanterns. With the fluorescent spiral U-tube outputting 15W, the Pack-Away lights up the darkest campsite for up to 26 hours. Which position is the off position? I think I ran the batteries...

Which position is the off position? I think I ran the batteries down because it wasn't off while I wasn't using it. There are 4 different symbols. High, low, a circle and then a smaller filled in circle with lines on either side of it. I think just the circle is the off position but I want to make sure. I just spent another $10 on batteries.
