I am looking for tent stakes that will twist in to the ice for ice fishing tent.The stakes I got with ice fishing do not work well on ice to me they have to screw into the ice.

Didn't think about it when I bought them, but they do not work in powder. I set them in place and quickly put them away so they wouldn't get lost in the powder. Should work fine for wet snow.

I would give it a 5, but it's a tent stake. It can be used in sand/loose ground, and as normal tent stakes, but "dead men" is where these little fellas shine. If you camp in snow frequently, you'll love these.
