Therm-a-Rest Valve Repair Kit
Therm-a-Rest Valve Repair Kit
Maybe your Labrador Retreiver has chewed the valve off your brand new Therm-a-Rest mattress. Or maybe you've grown tired of your lips freezing to the old metal valve of your vintage Therm-a-Rest mattress every time you go cold weather camping. Either way, you'll be glad to know you can simply replace it with our patented high-flow delrin valve. Kit includes HotBond adhesive and one easy-to-install replacement valve.
Bottom Line: Don't get caught in the backcountry with a deflated mat.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

1. Remove the old valve with a pair of pliers,
2. Heat the glue packet in boiling water for three minutes,
3. Open the softened glue packet & smear glue all around the new valve stem,
4. Push the new valve into the corner wedge as far as you can,
5. Let glue dry for approximately ten minutes,
6. With a sharp knife, cut away any excess glue from the valve for a clean look.
