Capoforma layered a windproof, water-resistant membrane over a midweight insulating layer to create the Men’s S3 Cycling Jacket. Can’t think of when a wind- and water-resistant layer or insulation would come in handy? Then you either live somewhere perpetually sunny and mild, or you don’t get out much. The five-centimeter collar helps warm your neck, and silicone-gel gripper on the hem stops this jacket from riding up.

Bottom Line: The weather isn’t always sunny and mild.
