CamelBak Better Bottle w/ Classic Cap - .75L
Fill the CamelBak Better Bottle w/Classic Cap, screw the no-leak top on, and stash this 0.75-liter bottle in your gym bag or hiking pack. CamelBak made this bottle out of a BPA-free copolyester polymer. This means you won't have to worry about chemical leaching, and this Better Bottle won't dent easily like many aluminum water bottles do.
Bottom Line: This bottle won't leach BPAs into your water or leak water into your pack.

Write your question here...I ordered 3 of the better bite bottles. All the bite tips are sealed, no opening to suck the water out of the bottle. There were no instructions.....am I supposed to use a knife and cut the tip so I can drink??? Or are these defective?? My old camelbak back pack came with the bite tip already open. Thanks, I am feeling kind of stupid!

Thanks for the response Dustin, I am going to try to cut one and see what happens. DP

That's very unfortunate. The better bite value is suppose to come with the slit pre-cut into the silicone, you are not suppose to make the hole yourself, so yes, they are defective. Its up to you whether you wish you try it yourself, or send them back for a refund/exchange them for new ones.

The two CamelBak Better Bottle w/ Classic Cap - .75L that I ordered...
The two CamelBak Better Bottle w/ Classic Cap - .75L that I ordered looked like they were delaminating after i filled them with water and ice. I sent them back. What's going on. How do we know they are safe when they look so terrible?

Is that after you took off the heat shrink plastic protective covering intended to prevent scratches during shipping????? Or was it the plastic heat shrink plastic that you saw 'delaminating'?
--I have to laugh because I had the same problem. I didn't realize it was shrink-wrapped and I thought it seemed really cheap and cheezy on the outside at first. I was way glad to realize that the outer wrap was supposed to come off.
