Burton System Jacket - Men's
The relaxed team-fit Burton Men’s System Jacket adapts to weather conditions and your riding style. Burton’s two-layer Dryride Durashell coated fabric delivers excellent waterproofing and breathability so you don’t overheat on bootpacks or get the chills when you reach the summit. Zip the 3-in-1 System’s fleece hoodie into the Dryride Durashell in deep winter for ultimate warmth, or leave it out for heated spring sessions. Stash your tunes in Burton’s MP3 Pocket Array, and rock the fleece hoodie when you’re chilling in the lodge.**DISCONTINUED**
Bottom Line: Systematic protection and style from Burton.

Killer Fleece

I bought the black system jacket with the white green and black fleece. It is a little difficult to zip the fleece while in the jacket but I have only worn the fleece 6 or the 7 days I have boarded this year. The fleece catches a lot of attention. Several people commented on it and asked where I bought it.

If i orderd the Air Twill Plaid with the Bright White Liner, would i get the jacket that is pictured or is it differant? ( If so, is the color on the jacket more red or burgandy ) Also does the size run big? Thanks!

What makes you think you'd get a jacket that's different from what's pictured? That's the reason they have pictures.

HUGE Jacket, hokey liner interface

tys2652436 is right, the fleece has to be inside out to interface with the jacket and thus is a pain to zip up. I usually always need an XL in jackets, 6 foot 3, and this jacket in an XL was WAY TOO BIG! I had to return it 'cuz it looked ridiculous, like a pair of clown shoes. If you were to order this and don't want the jacket down to your lower thighs/knees order a size down. Otherwise a good jacket, but if you're buying it because of the 3-in-1 option with the fleece liner I would just buy a jacket and a separate fleece, as I did after trying this on.
The picture for the air twill jacket is not red black and white
The picture for the air twill jacket is not red black and white with a bright white liner. The real Burton Air Twill System jacket is. Is the one for sale on this site black, white and red with the white liner (the real Air twill plaid)?

yeah, they got the wrong pic coming up when you choose the air twill color. I had them check it out. the Air Twill Plaid/White is red, not blue. If you want the blue plaid color, thats the Burlap Will Plaid/Mocha. You can check it out on Burtons site also. Hey, we're all human, including the photoshop guys, right?

BIG jacket, LITTLE fleece

The jacket seems well made and sturdy, but you have to turn the fleece inside-out to secure it to the outer layer, which is a pain because then the zipper in the fleece has to face backward. Also the outer layer is much bigger than the liner fleece. Overall, the fleece was my favorite part on its own, it is super and stylish.
Does the mocha have a removable liner? If so, what color?

Wrong color in store picture

I received the wrong color jacket when. I ordered the air twill plaid jacket and when I opened my present on christmas. It was the wrong color. If you are going to run a company, you would think you would have the appropriate picture with the right item number. Thank you so much for messing up Christmas.
