Burton Custom Snowboard Binding
It's no wonder the Burton Custom Bindings are Shaun White's favorites. Long a favorite of pro riders and hard-charging civilians, the Custom Bindings balance performance and practicality. A mid-flex baseplate provides skateboard-like feel over park hits and dialed control on speed runs. The rotatable highback has a tool-free Forward Lean and a streamlined design to reduce weight without sacrificing turn initiation or support. True OTT highback padding eliminates calf bite, while EVA padding and adjustable gas pedals on the baseplate improve board feel. The telescoping Luxstrap and Burton's famous Capstrap lock your heel into the back of the binding for an unreal ride. *Available for US shipment only.
Bottom Line: Go with the Burton Custom Bindings for freestyle dominance.

I love these bindings! I bought a pair for myself last year, and love them so much I bought another set for my girlfriend. I would recommend Burton customs to anyone who rides hard and needs adjustable, affordable, and comfortable bindings.

These really grab my boots and hold the board to my feet. I like the toe-cap feature compared to the bindings that just have a strap across the top of your toe...these will actually keep your heel against the back of the binding which is really important for control. I use them with Burton boots and they are a great match. I bought the white and it really looks good with my boots and board. All around, I think this is a steal of a deal!

I am a first time snowboarder and these bindings are great although what isn't from burton. I love all the adjustments that burton gives you to give you that custom feel. I would recommend these for anyone that wants to snowboard.

These bindings are great. If you're used to the old style, these may take some getting used to. Also, the ratchets slip sometimes when you tighten them.

The bindings are amazing. I love the toe Cap. This system could not be any better. It pulls the boot in really tight and it is very comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone.

These bindings are not very good. They frequently come loose and need to be tightened often, at least every run sometimes inbetween runs. I enjoy riding the trees and half way down i have to stop and tighten my bindings because i loose all control. Recently bought new bindings and am going to return these

Look great and for the most part are decent for what you pay. I already had a screw pull through the material on the foot strap, not to impressed considering I've always thought so highly of the Burton products.

I bought these bindings for my 11 year old son. He's used them once so far and has definately liked them. He liked that the toe clamp keeps the foot from sliding forward in the binding. They don't dig into his calves either. They are fairly easy entry so we don't wait forever for him to strap down. They seem pretty durable but there could be a potential problem for the vinyl covering on the outside of the boot strap to split where it meets the gromets and where it covers the binding wratchet mechanism. Also the wratchet buckles are made of plastic. (We'll see how long those last.) All in all a good binding for serious beginners and intermediates. Price was okay too.

I just got these binding and they are pretty sweet. Burton products usually always rock. They are cheap compared to other bindings and that's always a plus. They are very comfortable compared to other bindings i've owned and I would recommend. Tear it up!

A good all-around binding. Plenty of support. I love the Burton Sky Back, and the forward lean adjustments. The only thing is, is that the rotating skyback has channels in which it can rotate, but the channels aren't long enough to rotate the backs to be parallel with your board if you have your bindings rotated at the baseplates to a high angle, opposed to the bindings being straight forward. Other than that, really sweet.

These bindings are beyond sick. I feel like I don't have bindings on at all. they are light weight and flexible. any problems that people are mentioning come from improper adjustments (except for the broken strap complaint). Don't judge these bindings on one faulty strap. These binding are dope for the park or just kicking it. They also look killer. I highly recommend them.

The toe strap is money, and the bindings overall feel really responsive. The clear base lets my burton custom paint job show

theses are great bindings, i got the 06/07 and 07/08. i love them. but the other day, i was about half way through my session, i just got off the lift and started to bind in, until my bottom strap on my left foot broke in half, and i went to the repair station and the guy said it happens a lot, so much they didn't have any extras. i went to my local ski shop and they gave me a new strap for free because its under warrenty. i love these, but because their plastic, they might break (it happened to me when it was 30 degrees out)

Nice bindings. Pretty simple. Totally functional. Beware of Burton binding sizes. They say a size 10 fits in a medium, but you'll be way happier with a large.

I spent two full days at sugarloaf and could not be happier with them. all my friends towards the end of the day had to check and even tighten their bindings and as long as you tighten them well to start with nothing gets loose. The straps are easy and fit well too.
If your a 8.5-9 go large not medium

buton made one great binding this again the capstrap is awesome! The highback is great!Super-light and functional! Molds well to your foot. Clicks in really nice. Great for the board park or just moutain ridin. The only major propblem is the footing chart i am size 9 and the binding barely fits it is way to large. I would recmond a medium if your my size.Best pair i ever owned!

I've gone thru a few pair of bindings and none had a capstrap. After using these, I will never go back. It's exactly what I've been wanting and looking for. Easy to get in and out of.

These bindings grant you more control and comfort on your riding. They are pretty much all you'd hope for in a binding. However the quality is poor. The straps will easily break if you accidentally get them under your board

Great ankle support. Just tried them out in Durango for the first time a few weeks ago and they kept the turns solid through feet of powder. The buckle mechanisms a really smooth and easy to grab even with gloves on which is nice when it's real cold and you don't wanna take your gloves off. The only problem I've had is the toe cap thing slipping off sometimes if you don't get the buckle tight enough (it will kinda slip up onto the top of your boot but won't actually come undone). Overall, an awesome product and it was pretty cheap too.

I have been waiting to use my new board and bindings for a very long time. I went out yesterday for my first time and as I was putting my foot in the right binding. The plastic that connects the main connecter snapped in half. I am going to get it replaced but I was devistated to see that happen. I didnt even get to go up the hill. I hope it doesnt happen again because I will just buy different ones.

I think these are average bindings. The toe cover definitely enhances overall control and responsiveness. They are relatively lightweight and the highback is a nice touch. My biggest complaint is the poor latches. They do not allow you to really buckle down tight. They skip out and do not always leave you feeling as if they are as tight as they should/could be. They also come undone very easily (was crappy conditions, but strap came loose twice for no apparent reason). Understand that you are getting a decent binding, but if you want to get a higher overall quality and better features, pony up

I assumed these bindings where the cats meow from all the reviews I read, but i must admit I'm a tad disappointed with the ratcheting system. They're undersized and they skip teeth when trying to tighten the bindings. My other board has Drake f60's which in my opinion are far superior in that regard

I'm pretty much a beginner- These are my first bindings. Not only are they beautiful to look at (I've got the red ones) they also work great. They're easy to strap in and out of, they hold you're feet tight, and compared to the rental stuff I've used, they make snowboarding a lot easier.
My only complaint is that sometimes the capstrap rides up off my toe a little after a few runs- but its not a big deal.
All in all- highly recommended.

The Burton customs appear to be a pretty quality binding, but they aren't! If your doing anything big like cork 5's or rodeos these bindings are terrible, i wouldn't even recommend them if you just go big. you land wrong and these bindings will bust under too much pressure! You ride burton bindings go with the Co2's or cartels! Both are sick in the park

These things were the worst at first i had the toe straps constantly slipping up on me then my bindings would shift side to side and i would have to tighten the every 5 minutes the other day i go off a jump and the twisted to 45 degrees so i had to fix em again then today the whole binding snapped clean off the board banged up my leg pretty bad too i've got a friend who have problems with them too... these things are death traps never riding them again

Why would anyone give these less than a 5?! Let me start off by saying how much I hate it when my toes feel so sore after a long day. The custom gas pads lets you adjust it just right for the perfect fit so you wont have to worry about your toes after you're done. Now the capstrap..it grasps your boots even more so you wont have to worry about feeling like your bindings are lose. These bindings definitely give you more control and thats crucial. Overall these bindings have to be my favorite. And for the cheap price too! Definitely a steal!

I have the new 2007 Custom bindings and though they look great they do not perform that way. The capstrap slips off of the toe and is hard to get it tight enough to prevent the slipping. Spend the extra money and get something worth while. The 2007 custom bindings are a terrible buy and a terrible binding. Burton really messed this one up guys.

Not the best bindings in the world, but I've seen more expensive bindings with lower quality. Definitely worth what you pay for them! Buckles slip a little too easily but a great binding regardless...

These are AMAZING, great flex, nice control, sweet binding. I'd give a 10 out of 10 if I could. Don't know why the other guy said his were hard to tighten in the cold. I went up today, and it was 2 degrees, and they worked just as well as on a 30-degree day. Great product, applause for the Burton Customs.

A'ight, well these bindings are pretty tight but I found sometimes when it gets pretty cold these bindings sometimes don't strap up very well. I kept a lot of people waiting at the top o da mountain. So I sold 'em. But they're good for sunny days.

I just got to try these bindings out, and I am VERY happy with them. They are easy to adjust, they quickly started to conform to the shape of my boots, but best of all, they didn't leave my feet sore at the end of the day (or even the next day). These bindings are strong and supportive at the same time, and they are definitely a great buy.
