So Clean Clean

I bought the white. Previous buyers said it comes with a green liner. I wanted that. Mine came with a white lier. No biggie. This jacket is perfect for Rockies' conditions. It allows me to layer and in spring conditions i can rock a tee under. All around high quality jacket. Great for freestyle moves and durable stormy days.

Sick Jacket!

By: wnh1113(6)
March 25, 2008

I bought this jacket in the dice print, just because of the looks. Well, it performs as well. Surprisingly warm for a very lightweight shell, and it has pockets on top of pockets (literally). I did seem to have some kind of moisture underneath the shell, I don't know if it was from outside, or sweat.....but it happened. I am used to my older Gore-Tex jackets, that are always 100% dry in and out. That is my one complaint, but otherwise a very solid jacket at an affordable price.

GREAT JACKET

i love this jacket, i wasn't too sure what to expect as far as warmth but i stay plenty warm with a long sleeve shirt underneath. i wouldn't hesitate to buy this jacket again. the only draw back that i found was the ipod pocket is a touch small. the pocket is only big enough for a shuffle or a nano. not a huge problem in the big scheme of things.

Had to return it

I had to return this jacket, the Ronin line is really big. Also, the coriander color has some funky twirly print under the arms that you can't see in the images.

6 years ago, or so, I bought my first Burton jacket...a brown Ronin. Last fall, while walking to the train station, it fell off my bag and the world hasn't been right since. That is, till I got this jacket. Somehow, it's a 4-season jacket. I can wear it when it's warm but rainy, or i can wear it in zero degree weather.

Good, though could have been better...

Bought this jacket and I really like it. It protects quite well from cold. Only the special features could have been more for the money. My girl friend bought a Burton jacket for the same prize and it had more features like goggle wiper, handcuffs and some other stuff only girls need. However good jacket.

Totally Sick

By: Dorothy L Bastian(2)
January 13, 2008

I love the jacket & the dice design is truly sick. However the net & mesh "inside lining" isn't the best. Underneath 1 of the arms the material pulled apart the first time I wore it & I had to sew it. You may want to look into a better type of lining to prevent this in the future.

Love the design !!!!!!!

I love the jacket & the design is just too cool, but the inside liner isn't to good. The net & fabric of the liner pulled apart under 1 of the arms the first time I wore it. Maybe in the future you could make the liners a little more sturdy so this doesn't happen to all the jackets. The dice design is way cool.

WHY GO THICK.....

By: CRZYFKR(2)
December 14, 2007

I don't know about most of you guys out there riding; but the thing I hate the most is a jacket limiting my movement. You know what I'm talking about, a big thick jacket that takes you back to those cold mornings when you were 10 yrs. old, shoveling the sidewalk and driveway, barely being able to move. This ALS jacket paired with the new Burton Windbreaker hoodie is all you'll need for those awesome days of being one with the mountain.

So sick

I love this jacket. The day-glo green is steezy. It is a mid-weight jacket/shell, so you can layer for the colder days and not if it is warm. It has tons of pockets that make it hard to remember where you stashed your stuff. The Ronin stuff runs baggier than the normal Burton line, so keep that in mind. I usually wear a Large, but the Medium jacket give me a perfect park fit.

Great Jacket have no complains what so ever...plenty of pockets and I like the style and color (chestnut brown), the only thing that surprise me is that the inner layer is neon green, just thought you guys should consider it before buying it.

Well, for starters I live in Tahoe so it's pretty dang cold there so this outer layer is perfect. I just put a microfleece or some chili's on, and I'm set for blue-birds and even whiteouts it’s totally epic. So light its crazy. Great Jacket and the Venting is oh so nice ;p

Really nice jacket

By: Patu(4)
October 31, 2006

I've used this jacket in spring conditions so perhaps not as cold as mid winter. Of course there isn't any insulation, but I prefer to add my own and didn't need to add much. I'm still finding new pockets, clips and holes for poking devices as there are so many! The jacket is super comfy as well as waterproof, though I haven't used it in full snowing conditions. I definitely recommend this outer layer. It's a top quality well priced jacket, the material has a nice feel and even without any sub layers keeps you warm and dry, and it's a really nice looking jacket too.
