Burton Cargo Pant - Men's

The Burton Men's Cargo Snowboarding Pant gives you room to stash your gear and reliable protection from the elements. This shell is waterproof and fully seam-sealed so you won't get water soaking through—even if you spend all day sliding down the hill on your butt. Stretch boot gaiters seal out the snow and trap your body heat. Mesh-lined inseam vents open to quickly dump heat during a hike, or leave them open to feel cold air pumping through your nether regions—if that's your kind of thing. Burton made the Cargo Pants with a welded Flash Pass pocket so you don't lose your season pass, and Burton's short and tall inseam lengths let you dial in your fit. *Available for US Shipment Only.

Bottom Line: Get classic snowboard style and function in Burton's Cargo Pant.

Nice Pants that aren't Dockers

By: sNoBoarder (2)

These snowboard pants are really sick looking. The only thing i found to be an issue was the sizing. I first ordered a medium, they fit in the waist but were really long. I don't like my pants dragging on the ground so i returned them. I then tried a small, the length is perfect but the waist is a little tight. I fit in them barely and hope they will loosen up with a little use. I am 5'9" 145lbs.. Oh, and the boot gaiters are really hard to get around the boot, I don't really use them so whatever, but just a thought. Other than that though, they look sweet and are built well.

These pants rock

I'm a skier but I'm not dumb. Burton gear rocks. I was able to use these on both a dumping pow day and a sunny spring t-shirt day and they worked great in both conditions. I bought my wife the same pant and she loves them too. Couldn't be happier. :)

Great Cargo's, Best Service Around

By: Johnny Walker (3)
March 11, 2008

This website is the KING! First let me say that these pants are fantastic. Keep you warm when you need to be warm and cool when you need to be cool (vents on inner thigh). I left one of the cargo pockets (and some skin) in a tree during flight on the first day I wore them, but the pant remained totally intact, not one tear. Called BC and they swapped me a new pair for the old ones, plus pocket with no cost to me at all!

Pants v. Snow

By: chillywilly (1)
March 3, 2008

Tried these pants out in a nontraditional way- went snowshoing in central Penn with the girlfriend. Great hike with decent powder (will never match CO/ NM alas) but these pants were money for keeping everything dry. While the gf's 'waterproof' pants were gettting soaked, I practically rolled in the snow with these without the slightest hint of mosture...of course I had to give her these pants and deal with the windpants..but at least she stayed warm and dry the rest of the way! Def Recommend!

Very nice pants. Pockets are actually useful. As usual, you have to order big with Burton. I have a 36 waist and needed an XL to fit me right.

Warm, dry, good pockets. What more do you want. Size runs a little big. I wear medium pants in every thing and I looked like MC Hammer in these so I had to send them back and get smalls. No prob with the exchange though. Great service.

Just plain awesome...

These pants are great, they keep you warm but yet if you are too hot just open the vents and you are good to go. They keep you dry in the most gnarly of conditions and that's a plus when your going down the back country. All-in-all great pants, also if you're average height for your weight then these pants will be baggy on you but they still look sick!

first off, can't beat the price. i've used them 3 times so far. once it was in the rain and i didn't get wet at all. i only wear a base layer underneath and they are super warm. i'd definitely recommend buying them. I like them baggy and I got size Large and I'm 5'10 and they are perfect. A+ for sure.

I have been riding and using Burton gear since 1987 and I must say, these are without a doubt some of the best pants yet. Only one gripe. If your have ever owned Burton's Cargo pants before, check the size and go down one (XL to L). They are oversized big time this year. Enjoy!

Awesome pants! Bit short...just wear them low!

By: Patu (4)
September 30, 2007

OK, I bought these pants in medium Lemon Head and they are awesome! I've ridden one season in them now and get so much credit from lifty's and other boarders because the cut and colour is so mean! I asked Burton about the length as I'm 6'1" and to be honest they are slightly on the short side for me. They said I gotta go for the tall option which sadly only comes in lame colours. So..all I did was hang them on my ass...which I think is the general idea. They are a skater style baggy pant and are supposed to be worn low. If I sit them right down on my hips they are sweet as. I've also worn them for a day in the pouring rain and stayed as dry as I could have hoped in the conditions. All good. Buy these!!

These pants look sick plus they are comfortable as hell. The vents are awesome for days when its a little steamy and they are definitely warm enough for any conditions I've been in. I would highly recommend these pants to anyone.

Great pants

By: M. Rovira (2)
February 26, 2007

I was looking for a pair of pants with a comfortable (baggy but not saggy) fit. These pants are right on target. I am 5'9" and 160 pounds. Length and waist are perfect. Cargo pockets are extremely practical. The mesh vents work very well. My only critique is that Burton tends to put the cuff zippers in a place where they are destroyed within days of using the pants. This is my second pair of Burton pants and the cuff zippers were gone in a day of hard skiing. Otherwise, these pants kept me dry and warm in epic powder days here in Utah. In addition, I bought these pants because I wanted to make sure my partners could visually keep track of me when we ski. The Cream plaid color is awesome for this purpose.

Best pants I have owned! I would caution tall people though, because the inseam on the pants runs small.

From the adjustable waist, to the two way fly zipper, double hook and loop closure rear pockets, nice cargo, pockets with the sweetest pass pocket on the left cargo pocket for fast lift loading the articulation on the knees and the sweet clip on rubber waist gaiter that is amazing on you boots. Did I mention waterproof and really warm? These keep you on the mountain riding, not in the lodge trying to warm back up! Warm on the lift chair too! A+

These pants are a hell of a buy. You get so much for the money as far as features go. The fleece hand pockets work very well. I got these in white and the embroidered logos look very nice. They have all the standards like boot gaiters and stuff and these pants do their job.

Freakin Amazing

I purchased the Burton Cargo's in Lemon Head a couple days ago and the shipping was surprising fast (3 business days form when the order was placed). When they arrived the fit me perfectly (I'm 5'8" 150 lbs) and the medium should fit anyone from about 5'6" to 5'10" just as well. The color of these pants (Lemon Head) was better and brighter than I had expected, and I was completely pumped about that. I haven't had the chance to take them on the slopes yet, but knowing Burton they will exceed all expectations. I couldn't be happier!

Short people got....

September 7, 2006

Bought these for my husband who is 6'2. The inseam is way off on these. The Large fit him in the waist {he is a 35-36} but were 3" too short on him. I tried them on just for giggles and I am 5'4 and they were at least 2" short on me. Can't wait to get a hold of a Burton Rep in Solden Austria in October at the Ski/Snowboard Test Weekend. As for this site you guys are so awesome. I had to return these pants and called you from Germany twice. Both times you guys were so awesome and the best part is the speedy delivery to an APO/AE address. Keep up the good job that you do ! ! !
