Burton Hood Jacket - Men's

Zip the insulated Burton Men's Hood Jacket over a light first layer and catch the first chair. Burton insulated this jacket with 60 grams of Burton's synthetic Thermacore fill and gave it microfleece lining so that it's soft against your skin. The Hood Jacket also features fully taped seams and a 10K waterproof shell for hardy storm resistance. When the Burton Hood Jacket's insulation is too warm, simply open the mesh-lined, Pitzips to let off some steam. Dedicated goggle and pass pockets make sure you don't forget anything in your car. *Available for US Shipment Only.

Bottom Line: There ain't nothing ghetto about the Burton Hood Jacket.

great jacket!

The insulation is enough to keep you warm on cooler days, and breathable on warmer days. I did fine with just a thermal under layer plus t-shirt. Only downside is that the liftpass pocket is located directly underneath the hand pocket, so if you're using the electronic liftpass scanner, it wont read if you have something in your hand pocket. If you're getting a Burton jacket, then stick with the same brand pants cause the buckles on the powder skirt are designed to fit together. I've got foursquare pants so the buckles don't match up.

this jacket rocks!!! i like the key clip in the left pocket and the easy pull for the bottom of the jacket in the right. the powder skirt works great and keeps me dry. i ordered the burton cargo pants so i can attach the powder skirt to them. you can do that with anything that has belt loops. its very warm and when i get too hot i open the armpit vents. i love the music/goggle pocket because it is very large and roomy. it can be accessed from between the outside of the zipper and the inside of the velcro stuff that goes over the zipper. this makes it low profile but perfect to keep a phone or ipod in. this pocket has a headphone cord hole coming out of it bt the designated little pocket inside the pocket is too small to fit most music players. overall this jacket is phenomanol and a great buy. very dry and very warm!!!

I ended up getting the Rock Salt 3D print, and its a sweet design. The jacket is lighter than I thought it would be, but it's definitely warm. Lots of pockets, but i'm still trying to figure out how i'm gonna run my mp3 player inside of it. definitely worth it, if your considering this jacket don't think twice

This jacket looks sweet as hell. the hood is top notch, it's got plenty of pockets for quick access to food and stuff. it does have an MP3 holder with a cord loop, except you can't put anything bigger than a iPod Nano in it. This thing is lightweight, extremely waterproof and somehow keeps me toasty with just a shirt underneath. just if u get it dirty make sure to rub it out with water or its gonna stain a little

being from Alaska and riding with the Chugach Powder Guides you need a jacket to keep you warm in the harsh conditions of alaska, this jacket keeps toasty warm, and is great for riding it, easy movement for jabs and tricks off kickers, such easy movement, and looks awesome in pictures. this jacket would be perfect for riding anywhere, when its too warm open up the zips and let cool air in. this jacket is awesome because im very sketch when it comes to jackets, and this is the best jacket i have ever worn, this site rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Jacket is the best jacket I have ever owned!

I am picky on jackets and I have to have a jacket that is for multi-condition use. Riding in Utah, your gear has to accommodate this. This jacket is amazing! Very, Very, warm with a poly insulation, Stormlite 3.0 is really waterproof, breathable and comfortable, the powder skirt is very comfortable, the Ipod pocket with the run through phones access is sweet and there is even a pass pocket on the left side of the jacket in front of the powder skirt. Has venting on the arms and chest. The wrists will wrap around your gloves and it has articulation on the elbows for those grabs off those hits! A+!
